Still
Some things are only lost when we choose to give them away
2026

Charcoal (white, grey, and black) and Micron pen on Bristol paper
Still repeats a single head four times along one ground line, a charcoal field advancing toward it — heavier with each repetition, never quite arriving. Across the sequence the mouth eases into an uneven smile, the ear disappears, and the eye is caught mid-close, the only marks that shift as the dark keeps closing in.
