Memories and dreams are the two escapes from reality. One we can control yet cannot perfect, the other we cannot control and can also not perfect. One corrupts what was while the other invents what never was. One we cannot keep. The other we never want to leave.

Memories

We build ourselves from the memories we keep. But not all of them are true, and we can never quite tell which is which.

Dreams

Every moment feels like it is real, but you never remember the beginning or the end. Just that it was a very pleasant experience.
